The infamous LEO BLACK is introduced in a race to the finish line as he makes a bet of a lifetime against all odds on one peculiar horse named WHEN PIGS FLY, that has never won. Is he is a genius mastermind attempting to manipulate the outcome of "The Race of The Century," or an insane and desperate gangster?
